The deck is fully designed by Krista Kirkpatrick-Hatch, a postpartum doula, artist, and disability support worker from Calgary, Canada. The deck was inspired from her own postpartum journey and the use of affirmations to carry her through this new experience.
Each deck comes with 30 affirmation cards as well as a random precious stone (GEM) that parents can carry with them as a reminder that they are a Good Enough Parent.
